Rah Rah Caters

Rah Virgo is of Hispanic-Jamaican descent but raised in Harlem, NY and later relocated to New Jersey. Since graduating top of her class in 2015 from ICE institute, Rah has worked in many of the tri-states upscale restaurants including Battello, Parlor, AbiGail Kirsch,Del Frisco Steak House and Ridgewood Golf Club.
Although Rah is trained in Italian cuisine, she has a variety of experience in Jamaican, Spanish and traditional American style cuisines.
